Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2 A.F.S. Gwalior is one of the Model Kendriya Vidyalayas of our country.
The Scheme of Kendriya Vidyalays was initiated in April, 1963 with a view of providing excellence in education, through uniform syllabi, common textbooks and medium of instruction. They develop the spirit of National Integration and pride for the country.
