Public Reiation CeIl at KVS(HQ) has been functioning for effective handling and monitoring of the representations of officials/employee visiting KVS(HQ). The scheduled tirning for the visitors to submit their representation in the Public Relation Cell has been fixed from 10:00 AM to I2:OO Noon. A written representation of the visitor will received by the PR Cell so that the reply / status position will be communicated to the applicant at the PR Cell itself from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM on same day, if possible.,

The Valedictory Program on II-Phase 3-Day Workshop on e-Granthalaya will be held at 2:00 Hrs PM at KV No.2, AFS, Gwalior, by Hon'ble Chief Guest Wg.Cdr, Mr. Pant AFS Gwalior. On this occasion the two Scientists Mr. Ravi Ranjan & Mr. Ram krishnan give the comments on final outlook about this software for Office Automation of Libraries.

Today is the day 2, on II phase of e-granthalaya software is running successfully under the guidance of NIC officer Dr.Raviranjan and Mr. Ramakrishna. [date May,01,2013]

• II phase 3-Day Workshop on e-Grnathalaya Software in Association with NIC New Delhi and KVS RO(AGRA) inaugurated today 30.04.13 by Chief Guest Hon'ble Dy. Commissioner, Dr. Jaideep Das KVS RO (Agra) stating the importance of Books in our daily life. He stated that books are the personality of Human beings.
• On this day of Workshop inauguration, Principal Ms. Rekha Saxena thanked the Chief Guest & NIC Officer Dr. Ravi Ranjan & Mr. Shri Ramakrishna.

• HOUSE Meeting for the session 2013-14 held in vidyalaya on 27.04.2013.
• A program on Indian Freedom Fighters has been organised by ‘ Matrevedi ‘ at Vidyalaya on 26.04.2013, in which Formar Announcer,  All India Radio And Secretory of the   “MATREVEDI”,  Mr Shyam Sareen addressed the students from class VIII to XII.  “Matravedi” is a Non-Govt. Organization  for publicity and Promotion of Indian Freedom Fighters.

They gave lecture about the Freedom Fighters with original photographs to motivate the moral values in students.

They exhibited the books and photographs of Freedom Fighters to enhance the knowledge of students.

Students gained knowledge and enjoyed the exhibition.

• CMP Meeting :

  Cluster Level CMP Meeting was held at vidyalaya on 27.11.2012. Five principals of the cluster and 18 Teachers and HMs participated in the meeting. Agenda of the meeting was uniformity of the performas and automation of result.

  3-Day Workshop on  e-Granthalaya Software for Automation and Networking of KVs Libraries

  Organized by Kendriya Vidyalaya N0.2, AFS Maharajpur, Gwalior, MP In Association with National Informatics Centre,  Government of India from 20.11.2012-22.12.12 for Agra Region.

  A Chief Guest Dr. Jaideep Das, Dy Commssioner, KVS RO Agra inaugurated the event.

  38 Librarians and 5 PGT(CS) attended the same.

  Sh Ravi Ranjan and Sh Ramakrushna , Scientific officer, NIC New Delhi  provide the theoretical and Hands on practical sessions on the software. They discussed about all the concepts and doubts of participants.

  School level Social Science Exhibition organized in vidyalaya on 04.10.2012, Students developed their projects under Mr KK Sharma PGT (Geo), Ms Arti Yadav, TGT(Sst), Mr. Dhiraj TGT(SSt),Ms. Ratnam Mishra, PGT(Eco).

• H'ble Dy Commissioner Ms. H.K. Sanhotra , KVSRO, Bhopal visited Vidyalaya on 14.11.2011.
• A Meeting of Disha Peer Club was held on 05.11.2011 under the able guidence of our H'ble Principal Ms. Rekha Saxena. The main objective of Disha Peer Club is to create awareness among Adolescents regarding issues concerning Adolescents and to provide platform for frank discussion on issues.  It also aims to equip Adolescents with accurate information, knowledge and skills in the specific context of the process of growing up, prevention of HIV/ AIDS and prevention of Drug Abuse. Under CCA Activities a Poster Competition will be held on 19.11.11 on the topic "Drug Abuse". The students from class IX-XII will participate in this competition.
